About - KISHIMOTO Emi
Kishimoto Emi 岸本恵実, Professor in the Division of Japanese Studies, Graduate School of Humanities, Osaka University. She received her PhD from Kyoto University in 2003. Her main research interest is lexicography among Catholic missionaries in the 16th and 17th centuries in Japan.
