Thomas H. Hahn Study of sinology and cultural anthropology at the Goethe University, Frankfurt/Main. M.A. thesis on the Daodejing commentaries attributed to Lu Tung-pin. Currently studying at the Research Institute for Religions of Sichuan University (German DAAD fellowship). Specialty: religious geography, 20th century Taoism; preparation of an historical and documentary handbook on Taoist sites (forthcoming 1987).
