About - Rui Manuel LOUREIRO
Rui Manuel Loureiro, Professor at the Instituto Superior Manuel Teixeira Gomes (Portimão) and researcher member of the Centro de Humanidades (CHAM), Universidade Nova de Lisboa. He is a historian specialised in the relations between the Portuguese and the Asian worlds in the 16th and 17th centuries (Japan, Macao, China). He has published numerous works and articles on these subjects.
